    Joshua was born and raised in north Georgia and currently lives with his wife and three children in Buford, Georgia. After high school, Joshua served in the United States Marine Corps in the aviation field for six years. He received his Associates Degree from Gainesville College, Bachelor’s Degree from North Georgia College and State University, and his law degree from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta, Georgia. 

    Joshua provides representation to our clients in divorces (contested and uncontested), child custody, visitation, and child support; alimony and spousal support; modification of child support, custody, visitation, and alimony; legitimation and paternity actions; post divorce issues; grandparent and third party custody/visitation; custody matters involving the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act; Juvenile Court matters and probate matters such as wills, living wills and durable power of attorney.
