MEDIATION AND ARBITRATION
Alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation and arbitration, has become a requirement in local courts. Mediation and arbitration offer the client more control over the outcome of the case and are generally less expensive than going to court. In addition to my Family Law Practice, I am a registered Mediator and Arbitrator.
